Rowdy Brother built the VPRN - XXXX Secure VPN Proxy app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Rowdy Brother at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Our VPN application operates on a strict No-Sign-Up and No-Account model.
You do not need to create an account, register, or provide any personal information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) to use our services.
Since we do not require account creation, we do not store or manage any user profiles or credentials on our servers.

2. Strict No-Logs Policy

Your privacy is our top priority. We enforce a strict No-Logs Policy. We do not collect, log, or store your browsing history, traffic destination, data content, or DNS queries. Your online activities inside the secure VPN tunnel are completely anonymous and are never monitored or recorded.

3. Information Collection and Use (Third-Party Services)

To keep our service free, the app integrates third-party SDKs for advertisements and essential core features. These third-party services may automatically collect and process certain non-personal data (such as device identifiers, ad data, and IP addresses) for ad serving, analytics, and app stability.

4. Log Data and Analytics

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error or crash in the app, we utilize third-party diagnostics tools (like Firebase Crashlytics) to collect technical data called Log Data. This Log Data may include non-personal information such as your device model, operating system version, the configuration of the app at the time of the error, and other software performance statistics. This is used solely for bug-fixing and improving app stability.

5. Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. I value your trust in providing us with any technical data, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers.
